Flying Business Class may be one of life's more exciting experiences. It's a real treat to be able to enjoy the pleasures of your home at 35,000 feet. Take for instance a fully lay-flat seat and multi-course gourmet meals. Come to think of it, this may be more comfortable than my own living room, but I digress.
On my return flight from Europe last May, I had the pleasure of flying Turkish Airlines Business Class from Milan to San Francisco, connecting in Istanbul. The spoiler alert is the hard product was mediocre, but the soft product is what has propelled this airline to the top.
